AI service and advising, registration of inseminations is an important part of ABAE activities. ABAE
has licenced about 400 technicians who make 300 insemination in average per year.

Cattle AI is well developed and spread in Estonia. 84% of progeny is born out of AI. We organize workshops and seminars. In cooperation with University of Life Sciences and Järva County Vocational Education Center, basic courses for AI technicians are arranged. The registration of inseminations is regulated by the breeding law. More and more technicians apply for the right to insert inseminations into the database themselves.
